Comdt. Thomas Noel (Noel) Keyes

KEYES, Comdt. Thomas Noel (Noel) (retired) (late of Ranelagh, Dublin 6 and Lucan, Co. Dublin) June 28th, 2025, peacefully, following a long illness, and in the loving care of the staff at Mount Pleasant Lodge Nursing Home, Kilcock. 

Predeceased by his brother Seán.

Very sadly missed by his children Anne Marie, Evelyn, Martin, Noel, Mark and Austin, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, his beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren, his brother Liam (Boston), sisters Anne Rae and Evelyn Kirwan, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews and extended family, his former wife Phyllis and his dear friend Olive.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Lucan on Tuesday evening (1st July) from 6pm to 8pm.

Removal to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook on Wednesday (2nd July) arriving for Requiem Mass at 12noon followed by burial in Esker Cemetery, Lucan.

<p>My heart is very heavy with the passing of Uncle Noel. I wish I could have seen him one last time. Anne Marie, Evelyn, Martin, Mark, and Austin-wishing you all my deepest condolences and prayers for comfort. Aunt Phyllis-sending you my love and prayers. Miss you all. Noel is now in Heaven with Jesus, his parents, his brother Sean, niece Caroline, cousin Eileen, and all of his family/friends who went before him. Thank you to the staff at Mount Pleasant Lodge nursing home who took good care of Uncle Noel-I appreciate you all. Uncle Noel, you will never be forgotten. I know the Lord gave you your healthy mind and body back.</p>
